-يجب على المشترك ألا يعاني من إصابات تؤثر على الحركة والتوازن بشكل خاص.

-يجب على المشترك ان يكون ذو لياقة جيدة أو متوسطة وألا يكون يعاني من السمنة.

الرقص للجميع وبإمكان الأشخاص الذين لا تنطبق عليهم الشروط التسجيل بورش التدريب الخاصة بالمستقبل.
